I just realized, and if I'm wrong, correct me....
Spirit didn't create a topic concerning the 'karma'
Rules:
1.) To raise someone's karma, you must press Exalt. 2.) To decrease someone's karma, you must press Smite. 3.) You only post once an hour.

Not every site uses the karma as a game. Maybe that's why he didn't post a topic for it. Most people have the Karma system put in so people can rate co-members so it's easier to tell who's nice and who's a jerk. In fact... that's pretty much what the system was originally made for...

Yeah, I personally like it better not as a game. I mean, it's not bad how they use it as a game at poketto, but I prefer not having it as a competitive thing. If people think we should use it as a game, go ahead and say so here, but for now, let's leave it just as a ranking system.
Also, although I was originally going to give everyone here 20 karma to start out with, I'm now going to just leave it at zero for people to either increase or decrease from there. That makes more sense (now that I think about it) since I would prefer it to not be a game here.
